Endoret technology, also known as prgf® (plasma rich in growth factors), is an advanced method of producing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from a patient’s own blood. PRP is a substance with a high concentration of platelets (thrombocytes) containing growth factors and other proteins. These can promote the healing and regeneration of tissues. The 100 % autologous concentrate is obtained from a small amount of the patient’s blood and is used for tooth extractions, implant treatments, patients with bone loss and periodontal defects, among other things. The method is used in various medical specialties, for example in ophthalmology, vascular surgery, orthopaedics or oral and maxillofacial surgery and for the treatment of osteonecrosis.
