LANAP method for the treatment of gum disease<\/h2><\/div>

Dental treatment of periodontitis with the LANAP method is much gentler and less painful than with previous methods<\/strong>. It has been<\/strong> used successfully in the USA for over twenty years<\/strong> (ADA-certified) and is widely used there. In Europe, PraxisMees is the leader with this technology and the practice with the longest experience<\/strong>. Our laser is used to gently open and treat the gums <\/strong>. Subsequently, unwanted bacteria and deposits on the tooth are removed using an ultrasonic sequence. The wound is then closed precisely using a special laser setting. Unlike the conventional method, the treatment is carried out completely without a scalpel or stitches<\/b>. The entire procedure is performed under local anesthesia and is virtually painless<\/strong>. It is possible to leave the practice immediately after the procedure<\/strong>, although a certain amount of rest and precautionary measures are recommended in the days following.
